Melika Ayoughi

Melika is a researcher at the Music Cognition Group in the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC) in the Fair Remuneration Project. Her research focuses on the explainability of generative AI music models and on developing fair compensation methods for artists whose music has been used to generate new songs. During her PhD, she worked at the intersection of knowledge graphs and computer vision in INDE Lab and VISLab at the UvA.
