[ Nederlandse versie ] [ Chinese version ] This listening experiment is part of a series of online experiments on the use of timing and tempo in music performance. This study focuses on the question: Can you hear whether an audio fragment is a real performance or a manipulated, tempo-transformed version of it (using fragments from the Jazz, Rock and Classical repertoire)? The experiment will take about fifteen minutes. You can start the experiment by clicking here. N.B. The experiment currently only runs on FireFox, and we stopped analysing the results. These are now published in JEP:HPP. Amsterdam Music Lab / MCG@ILLC / UvA |
